Local yogurt believes in enhancing the community in many aspects including supporting local farmers, sourcing our feature toppings from the area and giving back to our community.
Local Yogurt uses toppings from Melvin's Gardens, Dolly Mama, Parker and Otis, Organic Bakies, Mikes Honeybees, Foster's, Little Red Wagon Granola, Custom Choice Cereals (Gluten Free Cereals) and TS Designs (t-shirts) .
Local Yogurt currently supports Habitat For Humanity, Duke Children's Hospital, Student U, Children's Organ Transplant (COTA), Morehead Montessori, Urban Ministries, The Doughman, SeeSaw Studios, Preservation Durham, Durham Jaycees, Grass Roots Bikes, KidzNotes, Boys and Girls Club of Pitt County, Young Life Pitt County, Rocking Horse Ranch (Therapeutic Riding Program), The Oakwood School, Greenville Learning Center, Toys for Tots , Farmville Central High School Marching Band, Judea Reform and Dress for Succsess.
